Project Overview

We are thrilled to launch a new Felix’s BBQ With Soul restaurant at Hilltop & Euclid in San Diego’s Census Tract 6073001600, a federally designated Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ).

This 6,000 sq ft indoor / 2,000 sq ft patio venue will seat over 200 guests and include a mini-market and a full catering operation. The project is designed as a Qualified Opportunity Zone Business (QOZB), giving accredited investors the chance to participate in a cash-flowing operating business while leveraging federal tax advantages.
